If you are insured by Auto-Owners, please call our agency at 651-255-3500 during regular business to report your claim. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

To report a claim after regular business hours:

Call the Emergency After Hours Phone Service from 4:30 P.M. through 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and twenty-four (24) hours a day on Saturday, Sunday and all holidays. This service is available by calling toll-free 1-888-ClaimAO (1-888-252-4626).

Online 24 hours a day 7 days a week, or Call 1-800-527-3907 and talk with our claims professionals anytime during 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST Monday - Friday, Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST
