We want to go on record that we have been very pleased with the service you and your staff at Preferred Insurance Services have rendered in our time of need.
Immediately following the total loss of our home and possessions from a fire on December 23, 2005, you were readily available to initiate the claims process and within days we received a preliminary check for our personal loss.
Our reimbursement for our dwelling was timely and fit our expectations. Our replacement of the contents of our home is ongoing, but when that is complete we will be happy to report back on the results. Thus far we have felt much supported by you, Brad, and your Account Manager, Mary Nipp. We would not hesitate to recommend Preferred Insurance Services to any of our acquaintances.
